It is the goal at Guðmundur Tyrfingsson Ltd to offer new and good vehicles and offer first class service. The company will put an emphasis on holding its position as a leading company in quality issues and always seek new ways in improving the service.
Guðmundur Tyrfingsson enforces the company's Quality policy by:
- Adapting to the conditions of our clients at all times, and do our best to fulfill our clients wishes.
- Putting emphasis on offering vehicles of the highest available quality.
- Checking all vehicles each year by independent vehicle inspection and maintaine vehicles by regular service control.
- Note all comments from clients concerning service or quality and immediately review them.
- Organizing a yearly training course where quality effects of our operation are discussed.
- Updating and reviewing yearly the quality handbook for drivers. The handbook is in all vehicles. In the quality handbook are work rules for drivers, and policies of the company as well as other usuful information for drivers.
We work according to environmental, safety and quality system of Beluga.
